2. Language Learning Portfolio

The Language Learning Portfolio is for those learning languages at Osaka University. University members can have access to learning resources of 25 languages at Osaka University. Each learner, however, has different goals and study methods. To navigate your learning process in concert with your own language needs, it is advisable to keep the following three points in mind.
1)Have a clear purpose and goal;
2)Evaluate your linguistic skills objectively;
3)Make an achievable plan according to your goal.

Portfolio contains tools to help you do these things, as well as information on language learning opportunities at Osaka University. You can use it alone, but it is also a good idea to share it with your language study advisor, your conversational practice partner, and other students who have the same goal. This will definitely help you stay motivated. Portfolio consists of 7 items: “Vision Board,” “Goal-SettingPyramid,” “Evaluation,” “Calendar,” “Study Plan,” “Learning Diary,” and “Study Notebook.”
